Ursula Sax

The artist will receive the Kunstpreis 2017 der Landeshauptstadt Dresden for her artistic œuvre.
The celebration will take place at the Oktogon of the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden on June 16 at 4 pm.
Ursula Sax was holding at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden a professorship for sculpture from 1993 – 2000 and had her comprehensive farewell exhibition in 2001 at the Oktogon.

Partipation with their works in the exhibition In den Raum zeichnen im Haus am Kleistpark. This exhibition is part of an exhibition trilogy curated by Claudia Busching and Pomona Zipser. The other exhibition spaces are Galerie Paterre Berlin and Galerie Nord/Kunstverein Tiergarten.

Gerda Schütte is shown with works from her Ebullition series in the exhibition Alchemie by the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin. Curator: Jörg Völlnagel in collaboration with Veronika Tocha. Kulturforum Berlin, until July 23.
