The installation sculpture “Bibliothek/Library” by Li Silberberg can kindly remain in the Philological Library of Freie Universität until the end of October 2025. The search for a new location throughout Germany has proven to be extremely difficult. If you have a suggestion or a personal recommendation, please contact Semjon H. N. Semjon.
Ursula Sax– last chance
On Wednesday, 12 March, the exhibition ‘Unuhren & Frühe Werke (aus einer Privtasammlung)’ by Ursula Sax can be visited one last time from 3 - 6 pm.

Ursula Sax until March 8
The exhibition “Unuhren & Early Works (from a private collection)” by Ursula Sax will be extended until Saturday, March 8. However, the gallery will be closed from Thursday, March 6, to Friday, March 7, until 5 pm.
Save the date
The Rauschen der Farbe (The Rustling of Color) will be the next exhibition, which opens on Thursday, March 20, at 7 pm (introduction at 8 pm). Whale sculpture in Art
The current Art Magazine (August 2024) shows in the "Radar" section a two-page photo of Gil Shachar's whale sculpture (The Cast Whale Project) in the underground parking garage in Chemnitz . It is part of the exhibition "New Ecologies - Gegenwarten II". (See news from June 15, 2024). It's worth the trip! Current positions in visual art on the topic can be experienced on foot throughout the city center.

Dittmar Danner (aka Krüger) will be showing paintings at St. Thomas Church in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Solo Prochnow in Gera
Thomas Prochnow will soon have a solo exhibition at Mieze Südlich in the Häselburg in Gera. Title of the exhibition: "reprotitiv". Opening: Saturday, August 24, 7 p.m.; live music and performance: Burkhard Schlothauer; exhibition duration: August 25 - October 18, 2024.
Summer Break
From Tuesday, August 6, to Wednesday, September 4, the gallery will be closed for the summer break. An excerpt from the previous exhibition "sex sells ..." can be seen in the main room from the street. Also the permanent installation "KioskShop Berlin (KSb)". Finissage
Before the summer break starts we will celebrate the end of the exhibition »sex sells...« with a finissage on Saturday, August 3, from 7 – 10 pm!
Open on Pride Sundays
During Pride Month July, the gallery will be open for you every Sunday from 2 - 5 pm! We look forward to your visit. The exhibition "sex sells..." is certainly an exciting addition to the CSD parade and is one of 6 exhibitions in museums and galleries dedicated to the topic of sex. (Neue Nationalgalerie, Jüdisches Museum, Schwules Museum, Galerie Thomas Schulte and Galerie Dittrich & Schlechtriem)
